To Track A Shippment w/UPS:
After a customer makes a purchase they will receive an Order Confirmation number. Typically orders will be shipped 2 to 3 days after your payment has been processed. You will receive a email confirming your order has been shipped. WHATTADEAL's Customer Service Page provides a text box space for customer's to type their Order Confirmation Number and click GO. When Invoice/Receipt information appears, note the Shipment Tracking number included on Invoice/Receipt. Use the Shipment Tracking number to track your package on the UPS online website or via telephone. Use WHATTADEAL's UPS online link or Toll Free number at the top of Contact Us page. NOTE: When customers click on WHATTADEAL's UPS online tracking link. Immediately the UPS Order tracking page will appear. Simply type your Shipment Tracking number in the space provided and click track. Your Tracking Details for that particular shipment will appear. To track your shipment by phone, dial the UPS Toll Free number at the top of Contact Us page and follow operator's instructions.
