RETURNS
Returns Policy:
Whattadeal.org will accept returns within 30 days from the date that the order was received by the customer. This information can be obtained by the order tracking number from the manufacturer. All return inquires must be made within 30 days. Failure to contact us (via email or phone) will affect our ability to process the return and any corresponding credit to your account. Please visit our Contact Us page (for return instructions) on the www.whattadeal.org website and email request to whattadealreturns@yahoo.com. Some of our products are shipped from our warehouse but most are directly shipped from manufacturers across the country, and returns can be handled differently.
Warehouse returns:
• Items shipped directly from Whattadeal.org warehouse will have a return slip located inside the box.
• Please fill out the required fields noting: Order number, first / last name and the reason for return.
• Once the return slip has been completed the document must be placed inside the box and sealed for transport.
• Please note it is your responsibility to return the unit at no cost to Whattadeal.org
• Whattadeal.org does not provide return shipping boxes.
• Whattadeal.org recommends FedEx (Federal Express) and/or UPS (United Parcel Services)
• For your protection Whattadeal.org recommends that all packages are insured.
Manufacture "Drop ship" Returns:
• Whattadeal.org Customer service department must be notified before the return of any drop ship item at whattadealreturns@yahoo.com. Customer service can be reached 24 hours a day.
• Some manufacturers charge restocking fees (Qualifying items will be noted)
• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may be required
• Return merchandise MUST contain all original documents and packaging
• In some cases it may be required to disassemble the item before a return can be approved
• Whattadeal.org will not be held liable for the cost of personal choice returns nor does Whattadeal.org provide return shipping boxes.
• Whattadeal.org recommends FedEx (Federal Express) and/or UPS (United Parcel Services).
• For your protection Whattadeal.org recommends that all packages are insured.
• Upon receipt of the returned merchandise and checking the order tracking number, a credit will be issued to your account. All credits will be completed within 30 days, or no more than two credit card billing cycles. Any orders paid by check or money order will be refunded by check. When returning merchandise directly to one of our manufacturers, it is critical that you notify Whattadeal.org with the Order Confirmation Number and required information, so that we can verify the return, and apply any necessary credit. This may also apply to and/or defective items.
Additional Return Information:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees if must, depending on, if provided with a return shipping label from the manufacturer. To determine these costs please refer to the manufacturer's shipping returns policy on packing slip included with with package.
Should any returns get damaged (or lost) during (return) shipping, the customer is responsible for filing any and all claims with the carrier (as Whattadeal.org will be unable to provide a credit for damaged or lost merchandise). Therefore, we recommend you insure the package(s). After 30 days we reserve the right to refuse a return. The refund for any granted returns after such time will consist of store credit for item cost minus any applicable fees. Altering an item from its original condition in any way negates the possibility of the item being returned.
Customized items such as Address plaques, mailboxes, door mats etc. are non-returnable.
Bedding materials (Mattress, Pillows etc.) are not returnable if the protective plastic packaging has been removed.
Any item that poses a health risk due to possible use (toilet brushes, plungers, etc.) cannot be returned.
All Gasoline powered products, Gas Scooters, Pocket Bikes, Mini Rockets, and Mini Choppers We are unable to accept returns on this product because federal regulations prohibit transport of vehicles that have been fueled.
Consumable products (like dietary supplements, hair removal cream, lipsticks or any other product that can be used up) are not returnable once they have been opened.
Due to licensing and copyright laws, we or our manufactures do not accept returns on software once a package has been opened. Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only.
Warranty Returned Items:
Products sold with a Manufacturer or Direct Warranty must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement. For these items, the warranty policy from the product manufacturer explicitly requires that any returns, repairs etc. be requested and processed directly by the consumer (or "end-user") of the item
CANCELING AN ORDER
Canceled Order Policy:
Orders can be canceled by phone or emailing Customer Service at whattadealcancels@yahoo.com only prior to payment processing. Customers have 24 hours from the time they make a purchase to cancel their order. Please include in the email: First and Last Name, Phone Number,e-mail address, Order Confirmation Number, as well as, Product name and SKU numbers to be cancled. Providing us with all requested information will enable us to cancel the order promptly. Our Customer Service Dept. will notify customer of confirmed order cancellation via email. Orders that are being packaged for shipping can not be canceled.
Shipping and package prepping can take hours or even days depending on the item. Therefore, items shipping from manufacturers may require several days to confirm cancellation. If possible, we always recommend canceling an order as soon as possible.
Also, if a package is in transit when your request is made, cancellation of this order will not be possible. Refusal of delivery will not prevent original shipping charges, return shipping fees or any restocking fees from applying to any refund allowed.

SHIPPING
Shipping Policy:
Unless a customer is returning a product, there are NO SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES $0.00 for customers who shop at whattadeal.org. We Repeat! There are NO SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES at www.whattadeal.org!
Exception: There is a $4.00 surcharge for these states: HI, AK, PR.
Standard Shipping:
We strive to bring you the best service for your money when shipping your order. That's why we use the United States Postal Service for all of our standard shipping. We do not provide extensive shipping methods for our customers. All of the items shipped from Whattadeal.org and our manufacturers are UPS Ground.
Delivery within the continental US usually takes up to 5-6 business days, but can take up to 2 weeks or more after leaving our/manufacturers warehouse. Whattadeal.org does not deliver outside the continental US.
PURCHASES
Purchase Policy:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Pay Pal (which includes several additional secure payment options Discover, American Express etc.), checks, and money orders.
If you would rather pay by personal check or money order, simply complete the online check out process (selecting Check/Money Order in step 4). Then, write down the Total Due amount on a Check or purchase Money Order and make payable to: Whattadeal. Please send a copy of the Order Confirmation Number along with check or money order and mail it to:

NOTE: You will receive a confirmation number after completing the check out process even with selecting Check/Money Order payment option.
Send a copy of your "Confirmation Order Number" with your Payment. The Confirmation Number can be printed after checkout process is complete.
We will hold your order pending receipt of your payment for up to 5 days. After 5 days your order will be deleted from our database. Upon receipt of your payment your order will be shipped within 3 days. (Please! Please! Send your check or money order the same day you confirm your order online and have a confirmation number.)
